Anne joined the players in 1991 and became treasurer in 2001. She first appeared on stage in Carnival Capers - Seasons Of Love. Since then she has had parts in various plays including Sailor Beware, Hobsons Choice and the part of Gladys, a very slow and downtrodded maid, in Lets Kill Agatha Christie, a role which she considers her best and most rewarding. She is a stalwart of the panto scene appearing in the chours and in many roles including Packer-Mac, a hunter a political EEC fairy, a dragon (several times), a Slave of the Ring and Principal Boy. In 1998 she began to take on the role of choreographer and has assisted with the choreography or been choreographer for shows since then. She has produced and directed two pantos; Cinderella in 2003 and Snow White in 2004.
